Many psychologists, neuroscientists, and quantum physicists have all agreed that people who are not only successful in life have also the knack to be at the right moment of safety when calamities occur, as compared to many humans who are at the right time when disaster happens. The difference between the two lies in the vibrations or frequencies of their thoughts, emotions, and physical activities. The ones who are auspicious and are always free from danger, and live a long life, are those who are open-minded, joyful, seek always peace in times of discord, and are noticed by everybody to be compassionate and kind, not only in public but especially when nobody is watching, in their private lives. Some of these individuals have been studied by neuroscientists in scientific and clinical tests, particularly at the Heart Math Institute, and it has been found that they emit Gamma waves in their brains and consistently exhibit happiness. So, really, the technique here is to always be morally upright and positive on all levels of your being—thoughts, emotions, and actions. The following methods are to raise your vibrations:
a. Do the Pore Breathing Exercise daily, once a day.
b. Participate in the 8 to 8:30 pm (Manila time) Group Heart Radiation daily. If you are unable to do so, do it in the morning, at your earliest available time.
c. Pray 3 times a day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one before bedtime.
d. Have an attitude many times during the day of thanking God, whatever religion you belong to, for at least 7 to 12 times per day. After practicing the act of gratitude, feel love for 7 seconds, a joyful kind of love for the whole world, the entire universe, and all creatures therein.

At 10 am on the day of or even before the day of any calamity, do this Technique of Frequency Elevation Radiation.
First, pray Psalm 91.
Then visualize your heart as a white sun. See and feel your white heart-sun as radiating 2 minutes of Joy and bliss, 2 minutes of Life and Vitality, 2 minutes of Peace, 2 minutes of Harmony, and 4 minutes of Love and Kindness, as if you want to embrace the whole world and the whole universe and all creatures therein.
Radiate this white light for 1 minute to every loved one you have.
